On WBUF-Buffalo and WBBF-Rochester...

If I were a PD for an adult-oriented station in Chicago I'd be seeking him out--he first rose to prominence on the old WCFL in the late 60s and early 70s. It also wouldn't be surprising to see him surface with a national syndicator or hosting on a Sirius/XM channel or two.

I hope everyone reads that notice. It doesn't sound like that station has a viable business plan---every major position is unfilled!!!
Less is more. More crap, that is.

That Bob Dearborn is out of a job, given his creds, tells the story. He's only one of many good people sitting on the sidelines in the US and Canada. The current economy is an equal opportunity offender in all business sectors, but what's particularly galling is a guy like Dearborn could be doing just about any format and doing it well.

Maybe HTT will pick him up.... to boldly invest in their future, to show their wisdom and their commitment to excellence.... Nahhh.

Checked Citadel's financial situation lately? I'm sure that 'HTT would love to have him - for free.

Entercom looks pretty good compared to most of the others. Regent may hang on. Citadel? Oy.
