One Annoying Disk Jockey

Hey have any of you guys been to Rustler's Roost Steakhouse? You have to go there man it's good. I had a job on Friday with the Hoagland Bros. to take a pickup truck from here in Yuma back to a paving company and leave the keys in the little slot there at the place on 48th St. And I saw the Rustlers Roost and wanted to stop by and see what it looked like. That is a nice place brother, but there was this kind of a guy there named Marty or Mark or something from some big rock radio station there and everyone was paying more attention to him than anyone else in the steakhouse. He was making all kinds of rude noises and making the servers all nervous, and laughing and spillng things. He even made a big mess all over the place, but man everyone seemed to love him for some reason. He was handing out photos, and signing them, but I didn't ask for one because my food came and I was hungry, and after I was done he was gone, but not really because he was upstairs at the bar and drinking liquor drinks and playing loud music and telling people that he was going to win the super bowl. But he is a diskjocky how can he do that? A lot of people thought he was on something, but they all crowded around him like he is a superstar or something. I got back to Yuma Monday and had chicken for dinner tonight.

thank you

Howard

Yo, Howie...

Why didn't you call Nurse Jeff and me when you were dining at Rustler's Roost? We would have given you a lift to the nearby Gumpdusky AM stations INCLUDING Lumberyard 14~Forty. You could've asked for a doggy bag and dined on steak canal side as we gazed at the self supported Tower of Pow-Pow-Power just south of McDowell. There's nothing in Yuma that rivals the station run by a computer and lamptimer!

Obnoxious DJ? Who wudda thunk it? Couldn't be our Mahvelous Mark Mayfield from K-slacks, could it?
