One more change for COX in Connecticut

There has been yet another change for COX subscribers. This one just affects customer's like my mom and I who do not have a cable box. Up until the other day FOX 61-HD showed up on Channel 61.1 just as it does to those who watch OTA. However now FOX 61-HD shows up on Channel 1.0 - this is on the 2 Vizio TVs we have - a 26 inch in my Mom's bedroom and a 42 inch in the family room. On the Sylvania 19 inch in the office FOX 61-HD does not show up on Channel 1.0 or 61.1 not even after a rescan. There is another feed of FOX 61 on 119.162 but I don't know if that's the HD feed or the SD feed.

I asked Scott Fybush on Facebook about why Channel 1.0 is not showing on the Sylvania and his response was

Different tuners handle non-standard channels in different ways, and it may be that some are choking on the use of "1.x" as a virtual channel.

I should mention that Antenna TV is still showing up on Channel 61.2
