Online Exclusive Channels

On April 17, what happens to some of the online exclusive channels? The three that look like they would be affected are: The Eye, Special X, and On The Rocks. I assume The Eye will be replaced by The Heat and move to channel 68, but what about Special X and On The Rocks?

Special X will move to channel 154.

On the Rocks will move to channel 79.
