Listen long enough on 740 and you may hear KCBS pop in for a while as I did the other night, not to mention hearing CFZM strong enough to identify in the background.

Again this morning on Grand Junction KFI not as strong, but KNBR very strong. No KCBS, instead KRMG. Also no KNX, instead a station playing oldies. wonder what that was?

Checked 680 assuming I'd get CFTR as usual...and heard "CJOB 68" from Winnipeg instead. Still haven't heard WRKO on that freq.
Also new for me were WWL-870, CHAM-820 mixing with a talker (WBAP??), WLS-890, CKNB-950, and CKAC-730 with their strange sounding French all-traffic format. WIOD-610 was in again and stronger than before. There was somebody playing country music on 980, pretty strong at times, but deep fades and couldn't get an ID.
From New Orleans to Miami to Winnipeg, all in about a 20-minute stretch. Big fun.

Many of you have mentioned fascinating DX catches via this node and have probably noticed it's been missing. The operator of the node spent a considerable amount of time and braved some extremely nasty weather conditions to repair the KAZ loop and we all owe him our thanks.
He loves feedback about what we're hearing, and he's aware of this board now. Plus the Global Tuners forums would be a good place to post your comments...and a thank-you for going out of his way for the benefit of our enjoyment!
