Has anyone heard the Midwest recently? The few times I've checked the east coast and some Caribbean were coming pretty well, but nothing west of BUffalo for me.
Yeah one night I checked for WBBM and 780 was empty, not one station on the Northern Ireland receiver.
Still can't make it through the "Ohio barrier". But here's what I've heard tonight.

940 matching XEQ Mexico City stream briefly. Also heard about 60 seconds of Portuguese, likely ZYJ-453 Rio De Janeiro, Brazil (Radio Boa Vontade). They are high power.

I'm wondering if something might be up with CIWW/1310. I've been hearing them regularly here at night for the past few weeks. WIBA has been "the usual suspect" to be on top of the channel at my location for about as long as I can remember, but they're getting trashed. Back in their days as "Oldies 1310", CIWW was relatively rare. That said, IIRC, CIWW's night pattern is favorable for Europe.
Great catch! Chris has been on that receiver almost every night. Meanwhile the few times I've listened nothing from the Midwest has been there, but the Caribbean has been strong almost everytime.
After I posted that, I heard WMVP Chicago with an "ESPN 1000" ID. Also brand new to the log: 950 WWJ Detroit w/ ID "News Radio 950 WWJ". 580 CFRA Ottawa was strong for a time, 980 CHRF Montreal was in // stream, and also heard 1080 WTIC Hartford w/ several IDs around 0400z. Good conditions!
Glad to hear conditions are improving. I'll have to check it out soon.

Also, first ever US graveyarder - 1400 WOND Atlantic City NJ!! This is 1000 watts at 3,214 miles!!! Faint with TOH ID "News Talk 1400 WOND..." CBG took a fade at the right time. 940 WINZ Miami also came in w/ Miami Sports ID. Good catches.

Wish I had been able to stay connected. For some reason everytime I logged into that node my connection dropped shortly afterward.

1000 KOMO Seattle WA w/ local traffic, weather, very strong at times, especially around 0525Z (and also recorded) - first ever Pacific NW AM that I've caught on Oldtimer's receiver! 4,200+ miles. NEW to my Northern Ireland logs!
640 UNID Coast to Coast over CBN at times...maybe KFI Los Angeles?
870 WWL New Orleans, LA w/ call ID...fair signal at times. This is new to my logs from Northern Ireland.
960 WEAV Plattsburgh, NY w/ "The Zone" ID and weather forecast, back into NBC Sports Radio; 0535z
1300 WJMO Cleveland, OH "Praise 1300", quite strong at times with gospel music...also NEW to my logs.
1610 CHRN Montreal, Quebec // stream, Hindi music (former CJWI). Also NEW.
1590 WAKR Akron, OH w/ local ad at 0559z mentioning WONE-FM Akron (sister station). Again, NEW to the log! A religious station was mixing with them, probably WARV, and a third with the CBS News sounder at 0600. This is unknown.
Great conditions lately...hopefully this will continue!

Like I went to the ...It showed 14.5 MHz ..When I press AM, it didn't change to 520 kHz

I checked it out the other night and it was very auroral. The only North American station I heard was VOCM.
