Bit of a research project, so correct what you can. Most of this is from Wikipedia.
Both stations appear to be lone (non-station group) stations. Which probably explains a lot.
And they are not that old. WZMQ Marquette, Michigan (TV market 180) and KWWT Odessa/Midland, Texas (market 151).
KWWT (owner JB Broadcasting) Now CW, but they've been PAX, WB.
Interesting history, start up in 2001 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KWWT
Only 50KW power, so they appear to be mostly a "cable" channel (5/14 on cable in Odessa/Midland)
CW main channel
sub 1 RTV
sub 2 Antenna TV
sub 3 THIS-TV
sub 4 Me-TV
WZMQ (owner MMMRC, LLC) Which isn't listed on Rabbitears http://www.rabbitears.info/search.php?request=owner_list
Now a Me-TV affiliate, but since 2003 they've also been FOX, UPN.
Only 31KW power http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WZMQ
19.1 Me-TV (primary)
19.2 My Network TV/THIS-TV (interesting combination)
19.3 Antenna TV
