Only livestream subscription for Sirius

Is it possible to only have an subscription for Sirius for only the livestreams?
I live outside the US (Europe) so I can't recieve Sirius with a reciever.
And when it's possible which channels are streaming? Only the channels which you also can recieve with a 3 day trail period? Or also the talk and entertaiment channels which you can't hear only promo's with the 3 day trail. And what about Howard Stern from january 2006 is this channel streaming?

I know some people who would be willing to pay maybe $8.00 or $9.00 a month for a livestream only version of Sirius for their computer. The internet streams only carry the music channels for subscribers.

And why are the talk and entertainment channels not available as livestream?

Best guess I ahve on this is because of rights agreements for some of the content. for example, Outq IS available online to subscribers, I've listened to it online when I use the computer at the pubic library here...

..also, it may be too hard to police. How could Sirius prevent you from giving out/selling your logon id/password.

Rights issues. I'm not sure if Sirius offers a streaming only subscription. However, if they do like XM, it will only be available to US subscribers, or at least those with a US address.

Don't know, haven't heard anything on that end. And to be honest, I haven't listened to Howard in months, heck I've listened to very little terrestrial radio since I've had my Sirius reciever..
