Op-Ed: WSB Should Take "Clowns" Hannity, Cain Off The Air

You sir are a great American. WSB has no editorial control whatsoever over Hannity, other than declining to carry his show. i suppose they could muzzle Cain but why?
Both programs produce $$$ for WSB. I have a better idea. If you don't like what you hear, reach for the off switch.

It seems that the "professionals" at the Examiner who wrote, edited, and approved that article for publication also don't know the meaning of the word "professional".

They also don't know the meaning of good grammar and punctuation: "First, Sean Hannity don't let anyone talk on his show, he makes fun of the President Of The United States."

"Don't" instead of "does not" or "doesn't" and a comma where a period or semicolong belong... all in one sentence which leaps from phone style to insulting our President.

They also don't know the logic of using simple vs. complex sentences: "It appears that all 50 states have joined together to look into the matter that banks and mortgage companies may have thrown people out on the streets from their own homes illegally by falsifying documents and mishandling documents to deceive home owners and put their homes in foreclosures."

And that was the first sentence in the "article." Journalism 101 basics suggest a direct sentence such as "Fifty states are investigating alleged misconduct in mortgage processing in the last ten years..."

Sadly, this is all too common in this day and age. Particularly in younger people.

Anybody can sign up to write for Examiner.com. All of its writers are folks sitting behind a keyboard at home. I was reading today that 1/4 of people being foreclosed upon haven't made a payment in two years. Two years of free rent makes you a victim?

As Neal Boortz likes to say, every radio has at least two knobs that will solve your problem.

Bad writing and little editing aside, all Hannity and Cain are doing is playing the hits. The listeners respond to this type of talk thus it is done. Who cares if it is the truth or not.

Isn't the Examiner just a blog with a nice name?

Now there is a great blog (shamless plug) that will be covering the Recession very soon, puregibberish.wordpress.com. I promise thet evry wurd wil be speld corectlie. Evry i doted and every tea xrossed. And the grandma wil be purrfect. that a promize.
