Open Channels for NEW Stations

I could list them all, but then they would be occupied in a couple years ;) I know KIT wants 101.3 for a translator here, and KYAK just got a CP approved for 96.1.
OTOH, Tri-Cities is a mess now. KONA and KFLD both want 98.7 and KMNA is full-power, 40 miles away in Mabton. But they'll just shoehorn another 250w translator to make $$$...
And no, 93.1 is NOT open in Ephrata, there's a KFAE translator there (K226AK).

remember translators have no protection from full power stations. If a full poewer station wants the translator's frequency, the translator must choose another frequency or go away.

I was referring to the post before mine: "no, 93.1 is NOT open in Ephrata, there's a KFAE translator there (K226AK)"

All of my posts are for new - open - available Class A or above full powered channels. As such they would "bump" or cancel any low powered translator or LPFM station.
