Open letter to Radio career naysayers

Well put.

I'd also add, that people who are succesful in this business treat it like just that; a business. Take it seriously, understand that the only thing, the only thing, that your boss cares about, is making money for the owner. Still have fun with it, but treat it like the serious business it is. This thinking led me to my first management job before I turned 30.
