Bob Slade's public-affairs program, a longtime staple of the now-defunct 98.7 Kiss-FM, will continue to be heard at the same 10 AM-noon time on Sundays on 107.5 WBLS. Also making the move down the dial to 107.5 are Fred Buggs, Rev. Al Sharpton, and Felix Hernandez's "Rhythm Revue."

This is a win- win for WBLS. They will for the most part bring over the core of WRK (98.7 Kiss FM) listeners

That makes sense. I forgot New York has a Gospel station on AM fulltime so the added talk shows on WBLS will fit in just fine.

The Daily News piece has Al Sharpton's show at 9 AM on Sundays, as opposed to 9 PM. If that's true, then WBLS may need to update the time slot listed on their website for Donnie McClurkin's show... Hezekiah also remains on Sundays at 6 AM, per their website...

I didn't expect This much of Kiss to come over to BLS! Any update on Michael Baisden?

After Baisden referred to some of programming on WBLS as "buffoonery", I doubt you'll hear him on there.

So he does a "pimps in the pulpit" bit on his show every week, but WBLS is the home of "buffoonery."
