Open Range Country, 97.3, the Wolf

Sounds like a country version of JACKFM.

You'll hear a new sound on the Country Wolf 97.3 (WYGY-FM), as the format shifts from young country/mainstream country to country music hits to avoid repitition with its heritage country station WUBE-FM (B105.1). Starting today, Bonneville's Wolf will be rebranded as "Open Range Country, 97.3, the Wolf."

This will be great for Bonneville in the end. It continues to allow them to hold the county fort in the city. Plus Patti is one of the country's best programmers, so im sure things will continue to go great for the cluster

Why would the midday girl have to go off air to program the 9-5 no repeat gimmick? Shouldn't Selector/Music Gen/Whatever handle that, with just the normal massaging of the music logs? Seems like not much to do for a full time employee unless she has a full production load as well.
