Open-reel tape boxes - where to buy?

I've got 20 old reels of 1/4" tape. 7" reels. No boxes.

I can find people on the Internet who'll sell me cases of 200 boxes but nobody interested in selling small quantities.

This being Nashville, surely someone in this town still sells tape boxes? Ideas?

Last time I tried to find some in Nashville, all I could find were some yellowed boxes that were falling apart. I ended up buying from Bags Unlimited and recommend them highly. Go to http://www.bagsunlimited.com and click the audio tab. They'll sell in small quantities, including the 20 you need.

Lots of supplies for all of you audiophiles out there. Great source of archival grade storage as well.

Thanks! - looks like a winner from here. There *are* some other interesting archival products there as well.

Here's another HUGE thumbs-up for Bags Unlimited - they're local to us here in Rochester NY, so I don't even have to go the mail-order route when I need something. Great people, very amenable to special requests, and they have packaging for every possible format of print, audio or video medium that's ever existed, as best I can tell.

Doug,

Wasn't there a company on Elm Hill Pk that sold R to R tape by the reel? I can't think of thier name, but Dale Howard may remember or call Hoyt Carter at WNAH. I bet Hoyt recalls the name and the location of the place.

Scott
