Well, in the last few years they have sold 5 AMs for an aggregat $6.9 million in Austin, and then bought the two Simmons AMs for under $2 million. In the process, they got out of conventional Spanish language programming in the market, and got an English and a Spanish talker in the process, plus a big bagfull of money.

It sounds like the parts of the company are being shuffled to enhance asset value and to make it more attractive for a potential sale or whatever option is on the horizon in the future.
