Mornings in Atlanta!
The Atlanta morning market is ripe for the picking. Now we need the entertainers to do it. Looking for individuals or teams with the talent to make Atlanta rock fans laugh out loud. Get that? We don't only want to hear from existing teams, we will build a show from scratch with the right players. This isn't a 4 hour airshift, this will be an all consuming, lifestyle changing adventure. Be prepared to hit the ground at a full sprint. Obviously, prior morning success is a plus, but not required....so if you are an afternoon drive jock with a vision for mornings then get me your package today. I need a show with energy, humor, limitless imagination and a great instinct for current trends. If you are a rising star or a diamond in the rough toiling out there, I want to know your name by the end of the week!

Is that serious? Wow! They must only be able to pay $6.50 an hour. Wait, that's more than most are getting now.
The #9 market in the US is willing to hire untested "talent?" Why don't they just go through 100 McDonald's
drive thrus and pick out the best two voices? Cheaper than paying for the ad you list posted.
 
With the direction Clear Channel has given regarding maintaining cost and not changing formats, I'm totally surprised they aren't picking up a syndicated show.

I wonder if this is REALLY the direction they want to head or if it's just upper management pleasing Chris William's desires.
 
Syndicated shows on 96 rock have a record of failing so it shouldn't be that surprising.

Anyone even remotely considering CC as a future employer would be well advised to wear full body armor at all times and be ready to post their resume at a moments notice.

By the way, ignore the blood stains in the lobby and elevators on your initial visit . . . The landlord's cleaning crew cannot keep up with blood letting that has continued over the past year . . .
