Opie and Anthony

I really don't listen to these guys, but they are the talk of XM and for cities who have them on their local stations. Would they be welcomed in San Antonio and/or Austin if they were to come on the airwaves here?

It would be interesting to see if they did come, but I dont think San antonio was very supportive of Howard stern, but they are 2 diffrent shows what station would be the best to carry them? I gues it would either be 550 or Jack? Didnt cbs get the contract?

So I took a listen to O & A on XM. Yeh, even edited, I don't think most people would be too happy because we're such a "conservative" city. Austin seems like the better deal to bring in O & A.

Opie and Anthony would not work in Austin because syndicated morning shows do not work in Austin. The closest I've ever seen one come to succesful was Bob and Tom on Z102. Howard died 3 times, Kraddock died almost 3 times, John Boy and Billy never even lived.....

Besides, where would they go? CBS is trying to sell their block and even if they didn't none of their stations have the opening.
