Opie & Anthony morons strike again

This time, it was Pat Battle on Live at Five reporting at the Jersey Shore about a shark attack who was the victim. The bathing suited male moron approached and held up a crude hand painted sign on cardboard with the name of a certain satellite radio company and two of its infamous hosts.

Pat kept her cool, and she finished the intro to her package, she had about ten seconds to go before the moron showed up. WNBC prudently did not return to the live shot.<P ID="signature">______________

When will some of these pinhead morons realize that Opie and Anthony or Opie and Dopey are nothing but two undersexed nimrods who do something called radio which it isn't? Them and Howard Stern are getting me to thinking that Satellite Radio is about to become regulated. Why doesn't someone go after some of these supporters of Opie and Dopey--and son't anyone tell me it's free speech for them--all they are doing on TV is supporting two losers who dared to commit blasphemy in an infamous stunt at St. Patrick's Cathedral!

Opie and Dopey, how creative.

Wow, how creative. Opie and Dopey, hahaha, that's as original as the 30th JackFM.

Why would satellite radio become regulated? What offensive over the satellite content are you suggesting the FCC police?

So it's blasphemy when there is straight sex in a church but a priest diddling a youngster is fine with you? Are you insane? They already were taken off the air for two years thanks to that and Infinity... Enough with your vendetta.

I have to agree with that. Satellite space isn't leased public spectrum the way terrestrial radio is. There is much more private stuff on satellite than that meant for public consumption.

The previous poster said nothing anywhere close to that. Making up material like that doesn't do your case any good.

Dopey and Tony (do you like that better by the way?) never should have gotten a job in New York in the first place. After the Mayor Menino stunt in Boston they should have been blacklisted from radio for life. There's no excuse for infantile behavior, which these two excel at.

That having been said, the free market decides these things for the most part. They have the right to seek employment and XM has the right to hire them. That doesn't make it morally right.
