Opie Tries To Spin Terrestrial Failure...

"The biggest prob was trying to compete with ourselves. Listeners that love the show got XM meaning, no ratings for our commercial show."
 
If you don't have a large fan base you aren't competing with yourself, just don't have enough listeners. I know all the people I know that liked these guys said they listened to both shows so kind of moots the point.

Funny, because a lot of the people I know listened to O&A in the mornings on K-Rock and either had no desire to get satellite or had to be at work by the time their satellite show started. So the audiences were quite different. The listeners that loved them enough to get satellite didn't listen to them on K-Rock, thus not giving them those ratings.
