Well the old PTBarnum theory still holds true,a sucker born every minute.I notice the winner is from Greece and other places that bid on Ebay auctions, but Seldom pay..If so, he'll really know the meaning of the phrase Greekstyle....Best box Orban ever had was the 8100 NOT the 8200...IMHO,of course...

I never said the 8200 was Orban’s best sounding processor, but “a great sounding box that will still fetch a pretty penny.” Whether the guy pays or not is another story.

I’m sure you’ve also heard the saying “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure”.

I’ve sold broadcast equipment and other items on Ebay since 1998 and 99% of the time I do get paid. I find the great majority of people are still honest. It’s that one percent that’s the problem.

I’m sure you’ve also heard the saying “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure”. quote from mp3 guy. Well, if that's how you feel about the 8200, heck i'll have to agree with you.heee hheeee
Remember YOU said it.i think the person that bought it also falls within that one percent, you're talking about. Have a good one...

Hope the guy from Greece see;s it.ha...I had dealings with the unity 2000 ,not the I,but it still stomped and sounded better than the competitions 8200.as i said in previous posts, the 8200 is what caused stations to dump them and go back to the 8100 with front end processing.i know, i replaced quite a few by putting the 8100 back in rack and using texars or gentners at the time.

Maybe the person in Greece will buy the Unity. Since, unless he/she has a US address, the seller specifically stated no international bidding. Scratch that, it appears as the seller of the Unity doesn't do international shipping either.

because international can be a real pain in the bottom.alot of them are scammers.i sold a aphex 2020 to a guy in France, (bless his heart,ha) transaction was ok, but getting thru customs was a pain.NEVER again...you get people bidding these items up,with some ebay sellers being in cahoots with them.FER SURE...
