Optimod PC 1100 - Windows 7 Supported?

I might buy an Optimod PC 1100 card but I am not sure if it will work on Windows 7 64-bit. I understand this model was discontinued over a year ago which is probably why I can't find any Windows 7 drivers for it..

Does anyone out there know if this card will work on Windows 7 64-bit?

Orban does not officially support the 1100 for operation under Windows 7. I believe that the 1100 works under 32 bit Win 7 except that it does not report its name correctly to the OS, which means that the 1100 cannot be used with our Opticodec-PC on Win 7. I don't know if the 1100 works under 64-bit Win 7.

There will be no further software and driver development for the 1100 because we need to concentrate our limited engineering resources on our currently shipping cards, the 1101 and 1101e. These are both supported under Windows 7 64-bit and have a much richer feature set than the 1100 card.
