Optional second newscast on weekends one WGN Radio

If anybody is still listening to WGN Radio after the big news of the last week, has anybody noticed that it seems like it is optional whether or not for hosts to go to a second newscast in a hour on weekends. Yesterday I noticed that Lou Manfrendi didn't go to the news yesterday, and this morning Dean Richards hasn't gone to a second news cast at the bottom of the hour, even this Morning, I haven't heard Dean Richards threw it to Dave Schawn who is the regular newsman on Sunday mornings, even this hour, as he took a break about 10:30, and then started his theater segment, in which he has the cast of Disney's Beauty and the Beast that is playing at the Paramount Theatre in Aurora, where looking on their video stream, he has a full cast in the studio with him. That he started by talking to Beth Stafford Laird who plays Belle in the show, and Paul-Jordan Jansen who plays Beast in the show and, even started talking to Jennie Sophia who plays Mrs. Potts in the show, and also is the narrator in the Prologue. Jennie Sophia sang the title song, and now they finished Be Our Guest that is being sung by Jackson Evans who plays Lumiere, and the rest of the ensemble. He has finished talking with the cast, if you have missed it, I'm sure the podcast will be up after the show.
