I hear OPUS is putting their La. properties on the market. Anybody who wants their Alexandria and Monroe clusters can have 'em - for $11 million, according to rumor on the streets.

WOW. That's a lotta money for notta lot of wattage or ratings, ain't it?
 
3 class c stations and a amer for $4 million in Alexandria was considered a steal since down south in Houma, Sunburst Media payed $12 million for a c1, 2 c2s and a amer.. we are talking what is it 7 (a c2,2 c3s,and a c0 in Monroe and a c2,c3,A, and the Lma on a A) for $11 million?

That's IMO would be average for the market's they are in possibly...

Since CC left the area, and Cenla has it's hands full on the purchase of CC's former cluster.. Who do you think could be the people to buy? Local or out of towners?
