Orban 8382 TV with FM Firmware

Hi,

I might get my hands on a couple 8382 Optimod-TV's and would like to know if you can load the 8300 FM firmware on them. I know the 8382 does not have the MPX out but I'd like to have the 8300 FM processing because I would like to use it for music. I found this thread http://radiodiscussions.com/showthr...d-TV)-for-FM&p=5152727&viewfull=1#post5152727 stating that you can install the 8200V3 on an 8282 TV model but with the 8382 you can't swap the firmware with an module but instead need to install it using the remote software. Will the software let you install the FM firmware on an 8382?
