They had a major server failure with insufficient backup, waiting on spare parts. expect the server to be back up early next week provided that the RAID array can be revived.
Please let the Radio Info folks know that we can manualy email PDFs of *analog* manuals from here, directly to anyone who needs them, until the mothership's server is back.

The Orban Web server has been down for the last couple of days. What was thought to be a simple power supply problem became far more complex. In the meantime we have directed our site to our European site. Password protection for manual downloads has been removed. Contact info is for non-Americas clients only. For support in the Americas, call Scott McDougal or Robert Leembrugeen at 480-403-8300 (Mountain Time). The sever should be back up soon.
Thanks to a new server motherboard (the original was fried by a failure of one of the two redundant power supplies), www.orban.com is back up and running.
