Don't think it's going to work, since this new reincarnation will not include traditional cable networks like USA, A&E, History, Lifetime, TBS, ESPN and such...
 
Ity seems to be a revival of the also defunct FAVE TV (a version of SkyAngel for mainstream audiences) but using Orby's name.
