New hire...I suspect Flip Spiceland's replacement.
I suspect she had to serve a noncompete before joining another station in Atlanta.
Speaking of Flip...his first media interviews at The Facility Group involve the federal indictment of company management in Mississippi on felony charges involving campaign contibutions and a beef processing plant that failed. Talk about bad luck for Flip.

Orelon Sidney is doing free-lance work at WXIA. She is NOT a replacement or a full-time staff member. She was also Freelance at WAGA. There is no non-compete. She is doing some fill-in work for Steve Adamson this weekend and will be doing some additional weekend fill-in work in the coming weeks, as Paul Ossmann, Chirs Holcomb, and Steve Adamson all have vacation time to take.
she also worked at CNN for a number of years
