A hispanic format but all announcers,and all spots are in english. The music is mostly in english. The cultural events would still be attended to. It would be a "reaching out" from the other direction. Why not? If other media outlets (ABC,Clear Channel) feel there is a market in hispanic audiences,why don't hispanic broadcast entities try to appeal to non-spanish speaking listeners? Their market appeal may grow. Will it be a stubborn refusal along the lines of it's spanish language or nothing?
