Orlando Cox vs Tampa Cox

I noticed in the latest ratings, Cox in Orlando has 4 of the top 6 stations in 12+, including a #1 COUNTRY station...a very well programmed K-92. What a difference from the Cox cluster in Tampa.
 
And then there's 'Miami Cox' where we have 4 stations - 2 stations (HOT-105 & 99-JAMZ) that are essentially competing for the same general urban contemporary audience, an adult contemporary station that seems directionless (THE COAST), and the lowest-rated FM station in the market - an active rocker (93-ROCK).
