No PBS in Oswego! Also no cable channels in either city besides HBO in Fulton, but they did carry the big three independents out of New York.
 
Interesting that CTV was carried in Fulton but not in Oswego. I remember that CJOH/CTV via the channel 6 signal from Deseronto was very easy to receive in Oswego given the path was over Lake Ontario. It would have been harder to receive in Fulton
