OTA reception Southington, CT

Even though we have COX Cable at our house in Southington I bought a $10 indoor RCA Antenna at Walmart today. Mom and I live off of Route 10. Our TV is a 42 inch Vizio we bought in 2008.

3-1 WFSB (CBS)
3-3 Eyewitness News Now
3-4 WFSB Fairfield County

18-1 WUVN (Univision)
18-2 "WHTX" Springfield feed of WUVN
18-3 WUTH-CA (UniMas formerly TeleFututa)
18-4 LA-TV

20-1 WCCT (CW)
20-2 THIS-TV

24.1 WEDH (PBS)
24.2 CPTV4U (CPTV's secondary service)
24.3 CPTV Sports

30-1 WVIT (NBC)
30-2 COZI-TV

61-1 WTIC (FOX)
61-2 Antenna TV

Also if I held the antenna in my hand and stood on my head with one foot tied behind my back I was able to get a very staticy signal of analog Retro TV Channel 48 WRNT-LP.

No line of sight to Hamden, I'm guessing? You didn't mention receiving WTNH-TV (ABC) channel 8 [digital 10] or WCTX-TV (MY) channel 59 [digital 39] of New Haven. Are you sure that antenna is capable of receiving VHF frequencies?

With Comcast in New Britain, we get all of the subchannels MarcB listed except for the Univision feed for Springfield, MA.

A friends of mine lives in the next town north - Plainville. She gets all of the CT stations OTA by using an indoor antenna. You can see the 30, 61/20 towers from Norton Park.
