Interesting lineups - within a few years, a microwave relay system went into place to pick up Rochester's ABC/CBS/NBC affiliates somewhere near Belleville and feed them up to Ottawa cable. That lasted into the early 2000s before the Detroit and/or Buffalo feeds supplanted the Rochester ones. I never knew WUTR had ever had cable carriage into Canada.

In 1984, WUTR was still carried on cable in Brockville, Kingston and Smiths Falls. IIRC, WUTR had a translator in Watertown before WWTI signed-on?
