Ouida Watts passes

Ouida Watts, wife of engineer Jeff Watts passed away Sat. April 19th. Jeff has been an engineer in this area for a long time. He and Ouida ran WDSL for a time also. Graveside services were held on Mon. the 21st at Oakwood Cemetery in Statesville, NC.
