Outdoor Ethernet cat 5 or 6

Well it looks like the Ubiquiti L1 toughcable has been a huge disappointment for wireless installations. Seems thousands of feet have been replaced due to cracking. Not sure how good the newer L2 is although ubiquiti claims the problem is fixed. Looking at some Belden 1300A,anyone have a preference that has worked well for you? Feel free to chime in.Local provider here has replaced over 8000 ft.Ubiquiti is kind enough to replace old cable, but as far as tower climbing expense, you're on your own. What really perturbs me is dealers were aware of the problem but still sold it.
