The Orionids were fantastic this year
, with good persistant trains heard on 95.3 & 96.1 FM.
21/22 October was excellent.
On 96.1, I heard a station playing an 80s pop hit & and a canned ID (synthesized voice) for "Zone Red". Not a station ID but I figured it was probably either 5SEF Mt.Gambier SA (Star-FM) or The Heat 96.1 in Noosa QLD.
95.3 is usually ABC Classic FM Lismore NSW mixed w/ ABC Coast FM from Gympie QLD.
Most activity between 4:30am - 630am AEST.
Anyway, I got some good recordings.
