Ownership rules in the Hartford Makret

I was just curious about the ownership rules in the Hartford Market.

i-Heart owns 5 stations in the market -4 FM/1 AM.

92.5 WWYZ
95.7 WKSS
97.9 WUCS
105.9 WHCN
1410 WPOP

Now lets say another company comes along and wants to buy out i-Heart's cluster here.

Could they then sell off 97.9 WUCS and then buy another FMer such as Connoisseur's 102.9 WDRC-FM or Red Wolf's 104.1 WMRQ?

And would this hypothetical company be able to add another AM or 2 such as Gois Broadcasting's 910 WLAT or Connoisseur's 1360 WDRC? Or would they have to sell 1410 WPOP?

In Hartford, which has 36 full power radio stations, and other markets which have between 30 and 44 stations a single entity can own 7 commercial radio stations, no more than 4 in the same service.

In your scenario, a sale of WUCS and the addition of another FM would be fine. They could also add 2 more AMs with no issue in terms of market cap.
