P.I. On-Line Experiment Failing

pretty early to be painting gloom. No marketing presence so far, and new concept experiments take a while to get traction. Very much like a network canceling a new show because the first two episodes didn't do well (though in their defense, the Rosie Variety should never should have made it to episode #1).

Good point, but I really think that most people going to newspaper websites will go to The Times now that we know the staff will be greatly reduced at the PI. This will most likely hurt their credibility in the long run.

I've noticed over the past several days the PI website is starting to outsource more and more material. I'm seeing stories from local tv stations and other media starting to pop up. This is not a good sign. I hope they are able to survive, but wouldn't bet on it.
