P&K Boneless....?

I swear this board never ceases to amaze. If you guys would actually "listen" to the station, you would hear the Pugs and Kelly promos still being played. The website is brand new,the kinks are still being worked out,and like an earlier post said, if you took the time to look around the site, you would still see Pugs and Kelly (events page...about us page...etc.) Odds are the webmaster is reworking their page. You cannot base the goings on of a radio station entirely on their website. The webmaster for Cumulus has multiple stations to deal with and sometimes, things get behind schedule. When in doubt...turn on the radio. I know it may sound like a crazy idea, but give it a try.
 
Turn on the radio and run the terrifying and nauseating risk of HEARING Pugs & Kelly?

That's tempting fate, if you ask me.
 
;) I figured I would get a comeback of that sort. My point is that you can better determine what is going on "on air" by listening to the station. I know there are many Bone haters on this board, but at least know what you are talking about by actually listening to the station...or any station for that matter....no matter how painful. ;)

OMG Thanks Tashas! When I first read the fbeginning of this thread I almost burst into tears. I LOVE P&K but I haven't listened in a while. After reading your post I remembered the last time I listened they said that their website was down while under construction and that the webmaster was trying to get personal info and pics from them to add to website. P&K rock!
 
It is common to remove active airstaff from the website while you wait for pictures from them. Please read into my sarcasm. I would listen to the bone but I dont want my radio to pull itself out of the car and jump out while I fly down the highway. Once again this is all UNCONFIRMED. Lets see if they are on air this afternoon.

Someone just messaged me that the P&K myspace now says "Pugs & Kelly Show Skakled" whatever the that means.

Could "Skakled" be "Skankled"? Skankled is a word they use when describing ejaculation.

Yes, they did start the show, did a little blurb, played a song, did a abridged three things segment, and then 30 minutes of commercials, followed by Joe Walsh "Walk Away." Ummmm.... interesting. During this time, they magically appeared on the website.

They have made the Bone into the best station in DFW. (sarcasm alert #3)
 
You heard about the PPM too? I didn't know they could isolate it by specific hours and such, but it's looking BEYOND HORRIBLE during their hours (I'm sure someone's already asked to have all the meters recalibrated. ::) ) Bone's the wrong demo for P-n-K, anyway, even if you COULD sell folks on a talk show in the middle of a classic rock station. If there's no long-term contract, I'd bet a change will be in order, like, immediately.
 
Mike are you saying now there is PROOF that P&K have NO ratings? I dont understand those PPM numbers nor will I act like I do. But it appears that they are pure radio cancer is that correct? I also loved all the sarcasm above made me laugh.

I'll have to leave my source out of it. The numbers will be published soon enough, and I'm sure someone will be happy to feed us some of the extrapolations. Until then, consider my statement an "educated" guess. :-X
