It seems a new music video channel is about to launch, called Padilla HD or something to that effect, its owned by the MTV one sided suits so it probably wont be a rock outlet, even thought there are 7 or so urban music channels and not one rock, outside of the token train wreck VH1 Classic...stay tuned 9-1-08
 
It's a new name for MHD, which already exists: Palladium. It's a --gasp-- mix of musical styles, rock included.
