Pandora event in Boston

Am I the only one who got this from Pandora?

Join me for a Pandora Get-together in Boston!

Hey, Tim here -

Thanks a ton to all of you who wrote in with suggestions of where to host the upcoming Pandora meet-up in Boston. Your thoughts were extremely helpful and I already feel warmly welcomed.

Having the event on the Boston University campus was a popular suggestion, so we went with the Morse Auditorium at BU.
Where: Morse Auditorium at Boston University
602 Commonwealth Ave, (on the BU Campus)

When: Wednesday, February 27th @ 7:00 PM

RSVP: Reply to this email

This get-together is a free event, open to everyone. It's a chance for me to share our story with you and hear what you have to say. I'll tell you about the Music Genome Project's beginnings, living through the dot-com collapse and what this last whirlwind year has been like. Most of all I'd like to get your ideas and thoughts about the service and where you think music is headed. I'll also have some nice Pandora gear for everyone!

Please RSVP by replying to this email. You're welcome to bring guests, the more the merrier... just let us know. Angie, who is helping plan this, will make sure we know you're coming.

Very excited to meet you.

-Tim

Hey! Tim's excited to meet me!

Yea, I know. But it still might be interesting to hear what they have to say about the service, no? Can somebody go and report back??

Finn,

I love Pandora and want to attend. What is the e mail address? How does one get on their mailing list?

Thank you.

The RSVP email is [email protected]

You can choose to get (or not get) 'pandora email' in your account profile.

Let us know what they think is going to happen to music radio!

Interesting little factoid about Pandora - a few months ago I was out of the country and tried to listen with my laptop in the hotel room. Pandora detected that I was logging on from another country and said that the service was only available within the US because of intellectual property laws, but they were hoping they'd be able to offer it to that country soon.
