PARDON THE INTERRUPTION...

...to discuss an actual radio topic on this board, but how about those May numbers?

Warm still on top but Star & Jack holding strong, KIRO still in the doldrums and The Wolf holding an edge over KMPS.

Yeah, I know. Ratings in this town are about as exciting as the weather on the Summer Solstice.

interesting to note KIRO-FM's morning numbers right before they made their big change: up again, to a 5.2 That puts them 6th 25-54.

... and also interesting to note that of the 15 topics onboard the front page, they are all radio-related ...
... Pardon the interruption ...
Carry on.

Not true at all. Not sure what you are smoking or if you just got bad info. KIRO FM mornings in May were 13th 25-54. Same as April. In March they were 12th. BTW, in May, Midday was 12th, PMD was 9th, nites 21st, weekends 24th. Overall, station was 15th 25-54 in May.

I think you mistook KUOW for KIRO. KUOW was 6th 25-54 in mornings in April. In May, they were in a tie for 3rd, with The Wolf.
