Part 15 Station in Collinsville

What a great use for a Part-15 certified transmitter system! And yes, it would be perfectly legal to do from a moving vehicle . . . I think you would be a hit at the car cruises! You'd want to make the antenna a bit shorter so that you didn't snag any wires but I'm sure it would be a lot of fun.

With FM you could use a much shorter antenna but legal FM might not have the range.

How would you spread the word to the other folks cruising around?
 
If you had the money, buy a Hamilton Rangemaster AM1000 for like $995... get the right antenna, and stuff.... itd be expensive, but the range and audio would be good. It's worth every penny.
