The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Internet; be able to understand, and communicate our radio brands; be highly organized and strive in a fast-paced environment; be in touch with the community (news, music, lifestyle). Communicate effectively in person and by telephone; high work ethics and standards; strong organization and time management skills; strong detail orientation; creative ability is highly valued.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience with website experience required; minimum 1 year experience with Photoshop; graphic design, Flash animation, contesting, email marketing, adding web content; experience and/or knowledge of Radio is preferred; marketing knowledge is preferred. High paced environment with experience working with short deadlines, and last minute adjustments.
Duties:
Serve as the web point-person for our four station websites; design graphics and Flash animations for both promotional and sales projects; add content to websites (mirror the on-air experience); work closely with marketing departments on web content, post audio and video files, photos, etc. to website; email marketing, contesting; including contesting rules, and contesting formats. Bring fresh ideas to online experience for all four stations (STAR 102.1/WWST, HOT 104.5/WKHT, 93POINT1/WMYU, STUDIO 1040AM/WQBB). Must be prepared to work within building or at home and possibility of work during hours outside of normal business hours. Must be able to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
