Most markets have a shortage of reliable part timers. Is this the case with Orlando?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Speaking as a reliable part timer in another Florida market...
I get about two hours pay to track a six hour wknd. shift.
I spend about three hours prepping the show.
I drive about an hour, round trip.
It's no mystery to me why there's a lack of competent, reliable part timers.
