Surely won't be the last. If your business model involves hanging-on through forced bundling in channel
packages you're in trouble.

Or if it involves targeting 18-34, a demo that is increasingly abandoning conventional TV.
Also some cable carriers never carried Pivot because it was considered too small for the minimum audience size to air on cable.
Especially if you're not a sports network and not owned by the Big Nine. Those are the only channels getting onto services like Sling TV and PlayStation Vue.
