Party 101.9?

I see this radio station listed on both the Audacy and iHeartRadio apps. I can't seem to find anything about it online other than ways to listen to it. (I'm not in the NYC metro.)

Is this an actual NYC station? The 101.9 that I know of is WFAN's FM.

It's odd. They seemed to have a local morning show. (It was pretty bad, but most are IMHO these days.) I wish I had gotten the call-in number.
 
It's a strange station, I guess all voice tracks. And it should be a 'throwback' station but I also here newer stuff.
 
The smooth jazz station is on WNEW-HD2. It’s called Smooth Jazz 102-7. 101.9 doesn’t run HD. Whatever else is referenced here is an enthusiast with a computer…not a broadcaster.
