PARTYBLUESANDOLDIES.COM (YOUR THOUGHTS?)

Please tell me (us) your thoughts?

This format is madddd cool. They play some GOOOOOOOD music. They play NEW, recent, a few years ago, and oldschool R&B Blues. It is NOT!!!!!! boring at all. For me, it sounds madddd cool. The online audio (most times) comes out in one ear, other than that. I absolutly LOVE this format. I wish it was on here in Boston, Massachusetts.

All the radio announcers, the way they talk, it make you want to listen more and more. I love it a lot

Your thoughts please?

Ztwins KRIZ 1420am in Seattle, Wa is one of their affilates. But!!! KRIZ 1420am is also playing Warren Balentine, and Al Sharpton weekdays. Warren Balentine is on (LIVE) weekdays 10am (Seattle time 7am), and Al Sharpton is on LIVE weekdays 1pm-4pm (Seattle Time is 10am-1pm)
I would (assume/think)?? PartyBluesAndOldies is on 24 hours after that and 24/7 on weekends?? That station would be your second choice to listen live online. Ztwins online audio is ok

1620am runs Tom Joyner Morning Show (LIVE) Seattle time (LIVE) 3a-7am. They run ABC Radio "The Touch" until ?? 4pm (1pm Seattle time) then they rejoin "The Touch" at 7pm (4pm Seattle Time)

Anyways, this is about "Party Blues and Oldies" Let us know what you think? Give yourself about 30 minutes to an hour, and let us know what you think?

I have always liked Party Blues and Oldies, I would like it even more if they played more R and B oldies.

I think there are at least 2 other streaming stations that run this service at least some of the time:

WZBN Albany, GA
http://www.1055southernsoul.com/

WJLD-AM Birmingham, AL
http://www.wjldfm.com/
Thank you for those affilate websites. The more the better. I forgot (myself) to give out Ztwins website.
Ztwins.com Look on the left, choose "1420am" it should start to play. (of ALLLLL places, Seattle, WA has it ALL "Hip Hop", "Urban AC", and "PartyBlues"-but NOTHING in Boston, if anything, [ONLY Urban Talk, and Classic Soul until sundown]) The Urban AC and Partyblues affilates in Seattle I beleave are 24/7, because I listen (online for a quick second) on the weekend before I leave work (to come back home) at 4am and it is on

I also wish there was women radio announcers on there. They used to have Nikkie D Markus on there. She used to be on weekday middays. I wish they'd bring her back.

I still love this format

This format is not boring at all, matter of fact, some of their music sound a lot like KC and Jo Jo music, Mint Condition music.

I like those Seattle AMs and it is great that they are streaming (and have been for years). I think the streaming helps extend their audiences. The Z Triplets (Blues, Urban AC and Gospel) have very weak signals and I have had trouble picking them up in central Seattle.

American Blues Network used to have an affiliate here in Louisville (WLBJ-AM 1570, 2003-04). I really enjoyed the format, and the announcers were all skilled, personable, and entertaining...the way you used to have to be to work in the industry.

Today, there are too many weak, sorry "air personalities" that in past years you wouldn't trust to go get the mail and coffee let alone be heard on air!

About the Seattle AMs, if I recall from my visits to downtown Seattle, they don't come in that well in the daytime either. These are weak signals and they are focused in the south suburb of Renton I believe. Sure glad that they stream!

Thank you for the tip on Huntsville AM, this is another sister to WEUP AM and FM, I think that frequency used to belong to gospel WEUP-AM which is now at 1700. Nice development for Huntsville radio which lost an urban AC AM last year. :)

What I heard today on "Party Blues and Oldies"

-It's So Hard To say Goodbye-By: Boyz 11 Men
="It's Your World" Soap Opera (2 minute Soap Opera)=

What more can you ask for??? :)

The way these radio announcers talk, it make you want to listen more and more and more. I love this format. I wish this was on here in Boston.

yes, same one that was on Tom Joyner Morning Show, they even have their own website where you may hear "It's Your World" at YOUR convience. Sign Up for FREE to listen at your convience. Itsyourworldsoap.com

Babysittersproductions who is the company for "Its Your World" has another simular 2 minute Radio Soap Opera called "What's Poppin" That used to be with AURN.COM (American Urban Radio Network), but now it is with Babysitters Productions.

I never heard "What's Poppin" All I heard is the sample that they have on Babysittersproductions.com main page
