I think found the way, Pasión 92.7 will be on NYC because it is Univisión Owner like Chicago 106.7 and here's the line-up:

Mon.-Fri.:

TBA (5-11AM)
Douglas Peña (11-3PM) (former Señor Bolero on WPAT 96-02, former Recuerdo 1280 on WADO 02-04 and former Señora Música on WCAA)
Jenny Landaverde (3-7PM) (former WPAT 96-04)
Héctor Campos (7PM-12AM) (former Recuerdo 1280 on WADO)
Patricia Herrera (12-5AM) (former WPAT 97-01)

Sat.:

Pedro Juan (3-7PM) (former WPAT 97-99 and WCAA 99-01)
Luisa Martinez (7PM-12AM) (Noche de Concierto 8-9PM) (former WPAT 96-04)

Sun.:

Francis Mendez's Señor Bolero (8AM-12PM) (former WPAT)
Maria Mercedes (12-4PM) (former WPAT 99-01 and WCAA 01-02)
Oscar Ramirez (4-8PM) (former WPAT)

Pasión is a gold based equivalent of WPAT-FM. Why would anyone put a similar format on a very very limited signal? The fact is that WQBU is doing incredibly well right now with regional, and is a real contender in 18-34
