He deliver the inspirational message for the morning show on K104 at 10am, and now for the morning show on The Beat at 9am. Is there not a conflict with him doing this on competing stations?
 
haven't heard it but, Not if he is buying the time to advertise his church...
 
That's right...whether it's short form (15, 30 or 60 seconds) or long form (30 or 60 minutes) it's a paid advertisement and they can broadcast on as many stations (competing or otherwise) that will allow the content.
