Pat O'Brien to team with Steve Hartman full time

And they're resurrecting the old "Loose Cannons" title:

"Fox Sports Radio says O'Brien has 'covered everything from the Olympics to the Super Bowl, and anchored both Access Hollywood and The Insider' for TV. Starting Monday, August 16, Pat will take a seat alongside Steve Hartman and Vic 'The Brick' Jacobs. The previously-named 'Hartman and Friends' takes the new title of 'Loose Cannons' and will air on more than 150 FSR affiliates in the 3-7pm Eastern time slot. 'Cannons' will also be heard via the iHeartRadio mobile app and on XM Channel 142."

and about 142 of them will do so either against their will or without knowledge or concern of what is actually airing on their station.

...or had their live programming in that slot shuttered outright due to CC's budget slashing last year.

That Pat O'Brien sure is a loose cannon, all right... and here's proof:

ALWAYS an oldie AND a goodie. :D

Heck, FSR employed Steve Lyons (and even teamed him up with Chris "Yawn" Myers) way back when they launched 10 years ago. And that was after all of Lyons' personal troubles. And O'Brien was a longtime contributor to Bruno's many shows... so this is far from shocking.

The Fox affiliate here now airs just the first hour, as they go into local/regional talk.
